Terms of Service

The service

Movanote is a productivity application for notes, optional AI assistance, calendar scheduling, and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or use the service only with a parent/guardian where required).

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in Movanote. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service (including sync, search, and AI features you choose to use).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights
• Abuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service beyond allowed APIs
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Use AI features to generate harmful or illegal content
• Resell or misuse the service in ways that harm other users or Movanote

AI and third-party services

Optional AI and integrations (such as Google sign-in or Google Drive) are provided "as available." Output from AI may be incorrect; you are responsible for how you use it. Third-party services have their own terms.

Plans and billing

Free and paid plans may be offered. Paid features, if any, will be described at checkout or in-product. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as we expressly state.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI results will meet your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movanote and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Movanote at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we shut down the product.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
