Information we collect

• Account information — such as your email address and profile details when you sign in (for example via Google or email).
• Content you create — notes, calendar items, library files, and related settings you store in the app.
• Usage and technical data — basic logs needed to run and secure the service (for example authentication events and error reports).
• Integrations — if you connect Google Drive or similar services, we access only what you authorize for that integration.

How we use information

• To provide, sync, and improve the Movanote product
• To authenticate you and protect accounts
• To power optional AI features you use (prompts and relevant note context)
• To communicate about the service when necessary

AI features

When you use AI features, limited content needed to fulfill your request may be sent to our AI providers so they can generate a response. Do not submit sensitive data you are not comfortable processing that way.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with infrastructure and AI providers that help us operate the service, under agreements that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored using cloud providers such as Firebase / Google Cloud. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can update account details in the app, disconnect integrations, or delete content you own. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, contact us using the email associated with your Movanote account (or the developer contact listed in our Google OAuth consent screen).

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Movanote after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
