What movanote does

• Notes editor — create and edit notes with headings, lists, tables, links, and nested pages.
• AI assistance — optional chat, autocomplete, and in-editor help based on your notes when you ask for it.
• Calendar scheduling — plan tasks, habits, and focus time, and link calendar items back to related notes.
• Libraries and files — keep sources with a note, including optional import from Google Drive when you choose to connect it.

Why movanote requests Google user data

movanote uses Google sign-in so you can create an account and access your notes securely. When you choose Sign in with Google, movanote requests basic Google account profile information (such as your name, email address, and profile picture) only to authenticate you and create or restore your movanote account.

If you optionally connect Google Drive, movanote accesses Drive files or folders you select so you can import or store note-related files. movanote does not sell your Google account data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
